We are delighted to have your company join us at the Rocky Mountain Yakspo!
We are expecting as many as twenty vendors this year and will avoid competing products except in the case of yak products (meat, cheese, fiber etc.).
The basic space is 10 x10 and you may set up a tent/canopy. The space is indoors and electricity and internet are available. Just let us know what you need. The fees are $150 for a 10 x 10 space and $200 for a 10 x 20 space. If you are showing anything larger, such as tractors, you may use the 10 x 20 rate. We expect to have 20-30 breeders showing yaks and over 1,000 visitors.
We will be marketing throughout the region and have a FaceBook Page as well as this website. Vendors will be listed in any printed materials and may bring banners for around the arena as well (maximum size 5 feet high by 10 feet long) as well as any free standing displays. All vendors will be listed on the website.
Set up is on Friday October 6, 2017 and that is when the breeders/owners will be loading in. There will be refreshments available for purchase. We are not allowed to bring our own. There will be a seminar on Friday evening and a no-host dinner for you and the breeder/owners. Saturday is open to the public all day (7am-7pm), and there will be seminars throughout the day.
